About the event
CTF Tech in cooperation with Telia organize Telia Cyber Battle of Nordic-Baltic 2024 final for the fifth time November, 1 2024 at University of Tartu Sports Hall and in cooperation with Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Estonia organize Cybercation for the third time.
Telia Cyber Battle of Nordic-Baltic 2024 is the largest ethical hacking event for students in the Nordics and Baltics, which aims to raise the awareness of young people and educational institutions in cyber security. The aim of the competition is to teach the Fundamentals of cyber security in a practical, real life and ethical way to develop and improve skills
Cybercation is Nordic-Baltic Educators’ Forum is organized exclusively for educators, IT teachers, representatives of educational organizations, youth specialists, IT/cyber education enthusiasts, civil servants, policy makers, and businesses, this event is set to revolutionize how we approach cybersecurity education with the aim of providing the cybersecurity experts that our societies are highly in need of.

Virtual bootcamps
Virtual bootcamps by cyber experts for all girls and boys, age 15-24, will be March 23-24 OR April 6-7.
Aimed at young people, who are interested in the cyber world, but have no previous exposure or experience in the field.
During the bootcamp, our cybersecurity experts will proovide you with the basic knowledge and skills to work in the cyber world using a fun learning environment.
You can take part in the bootcamps as a single participant. We are waiting participants from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.
Acquire basic knowledge on the following topivs: Linux Basics, Port Scanning, DNS(Name server) and Web Server Listing, Brute-Forcing, Metasploit, Cyber Security and Cyber Wisdom, Steganography, Cryptograpy, Web Vulnerabilities, Security Vulnerabilities.
You will gain an insight into the minds of hackers.
PS! Both weekend bootcamps will be in english.
Preliminary round for Nordic + Latvia/Lithuania teams
Online preliminary round for Nordic + Latvia/Lithuania for teams takes place SEPTEMBER, 20. Registration deadline September, 13.
In order to participate in preliminary round you must form a team of 3-5 members.
The best team from each Nordic-Baltic country will be invited to the Telia Cyber Battle of Nordic-Baltics 2024 final on November 1, in Tartu, Estonia. The travelling and accommodation of the best teams from the Nordic countries, Latvia and Lithuania and their supervisor will be covered by the Nordic Council of Ministers’ office in Estonia.
In addition, five best „Girls only“ teams from Nordic-Baltics will be selected, who will participate in the final event on-site in Estonia.
Based on the results, we will get to know, who will represent their regioon in the final competition that will take place on November, 1 2024, in Tartu, Estonia.
