CyberSpike is Estonian top cyber security competition for young talents between the ages of 14-24 years. The competition had a preliminary online round from where the most outstanding contestants were invited to the main competition. CyberSpike also acted as a qualification round for Estonian citizens for participating in the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC) and other hacking challenges all over the world. CTF Tech and CybExer Technologies had the opportunity to provide online CTF competition challenges and battlegrounds.

CTF’s Storyboard: The players have to complete numerous missions in thwarting cyber-attacks from an unknown threat actor – are they cybercriminals? Are they nation-state hackers? Their identity seems to be secret… Players’ job is to defend the networks of a fictional city from attack campaigns, search for clues about the attackers’ actions, rush to emergency assistance when called to participate in a rapid reaction team.
